Cookie Policy
We keep storage to a minimum. This policy explains exactly what we store in your browser, why, and how to change your mind at any time.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Local storage is a similar browser feature that lets a site save small amounts of data on your device. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), both are treated the same way: we may only use non-essential storage with your consent.
Teamstoshowsignal (teamstoshowsignal.com) currently uses browser local storage only. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell or share storage data with advertisers.
2. The categories we use
Essential — always on
Required to remember your consent choice so we don't ask you on every page. This cannot be switched off, because without it we could not respect your decision.
Functional — optional
Saves your Shot Lab session (attempts, makes, swishes, streaks, per-spot shot chart and the last eight log entries) so it is still there when you return. If you do not allow this, your session exists only until you close or reload the page.
Analytics — optional
If you allow it, we may measure aggregated, non-identifying usage — for example, which lab modules are most visited — to improve the site. We will never use analytics data to identify you or build advertising profiles. If we add a third-party analytics provider, we will name it here before it is activated.
3. Storage items in detail
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tss_cookie_consent | Local storage | Essential | Records your choices for each category and when you made them | Until you clear it or change your choice |
| tss_shotlab_stats | Local storage | Functional | Saves session stats, shot chart and recent shot log | Until you reset the session, withdraw consent or clear browser data |
All of this data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers.
4. Managing your choices
- Use the button (also in every page footer) to review or change your preferences at any time.
- Withdrawing functional consent immediately deletes
tss_shotlab_statsfrom your device. - The Reset Session button in the Shot Lab clears your stats whether or not you have given consent.
- You can also clear site data through your browser settings; you will then be asked for consent again on your next visit.
5. Changes and contact
If we change the storage we use, we will update this page and the date above, and ask for fresh consent where required. Questions? Email [email protected] or use our contact page. See also our Privacy Policy.
